About Sebastian Holmbäck
My practice is an exploration of reality; as a concept, and the experienced sensation of being human.
In my work, I primarily focus on structure, the three-dimensional element, as an anchor in our physical dimension, in contrast to the immaterial, the spiritual dimension.
Alongside this, I work with consciousness as a concrete tool — in sessions, workshops, retreats, and lectures, where I teach intuitive perception based on my own experience and training.
My experienced perception, not belief or conviction, has shown me that consciousness extends far beyond the thinking mind, and that the ability to use it can be trained.
Both are the same question, posed in different ways.
About Sebastian Holmbäck
Art is the space where we can collectively explore the difficult, the impossible, the mysterious, and the beautiful without words.
In that space, I create images rooted in the highest, the greatest things my consciousness has been in contact with. And instruments, as I call them, that give us the opportunity to examine our senses; colors, shapes, and textures, in a reflection on the seat of consciousness in the physical body.

About Sebastian Holmbäck
Sessions and workshops are the spaces where I share what I “see”.
In sessions, I use my trained intuition to see the information that is available, to all of us, about you. Information that is not bound by time, and information about what, or how, you can create more harmony and balance in your life.
In my workshops, I teach you how to access and understand the information your intuition provides access to yourself.
We also call it clairsentience or clairvoyance, which is a completely natural part of the human sensory apparatus, but which we rarely train or fully understand in our modern, scientific culture.
